JR sells them, I paid nine bucks a pair at my local hobby shop. Cheap insurance, your mileage may vary.

Yeah, you want to avoid stray RF hitting the receiver. Servos tend to be fairly dumb as long as they get + and - and "signal". Noise, they don't care. Outrunner/inrunner motors, brushed pump...

The code does not seem to work, when used at check out. The 50% code last weekend worked for the retract too, but I did not use it since it was for the radios.

I concur with the gang on boosters. I do however, use ferrite rings to minimize errant RF from outside sources. Place them as close to the receiver, within two or three inches .
