That plane has done hundreds of tows that way without failure [i think all the other guys here have the same setup]....he wasn't flying his plane today..i'll see if he brings it tomorrow [sunday]...

3233Oh and i should add that the single tow line doesn't seem to affect the rudder operation simply because the glider is higher than the plane when it's on tow and most gliders are off the ground...

The guys that tow around here all use that style of plane....here's a cockpit pick for you....tow post is the silver knob at the base of the glass, and it's cross braced by the 2 black...

Thanks for posting that one as well......like it very much!!! Now we just need to convince Len to add some smoke cartridges to one of his fine machines so we can see how it's done on this side of the...
