We are selling essentially a turnkey business. You can be cutting kits almost immediately after taking possession of the equipment.
Included in the sale are all of the Aerosente hard assets including laser cutter, ancillary equipment, computer, inventory, patterns, plans and cut files. We have almost 200 different plans and or cut files - plus you get full rights to our new Chuck Glider line. Additionally all domain names, email lists, customer lists, web content, newsletter content, marketing collaterals, branding elements, blogs, etc. are being offered. And our shopping cart which contains more than 100 products is included.
This is not a fire sale. We will not be selling parts and pieces. Either the whole things sells or we take it off the market. If we don't get a reasonable offer then we will continue to operate the business.

2. Deal sheets sent to qualified buyers.
3. Teleconference and shop tour via Skype video to review business.
4. Bids requested.
5. Onsite visits for top bidders.
6. Final offers.
7. Deal closing.
Should be a simple deal to do. You can load the equipment and inventory into the back of a large U-Haul and be cutting kits a few days after you get to your shop.
