Aurele commented at breakfast that I hadn't been keeping this forum up to date on my progress.

Unfortunately, I haven't made much progress.

I did manage to install the canopy (temporarily?? - maybe next year I will put a scale cockpit in).

And I am slowly working on filling, sanding and priming the fuselage - the paint will need to wait till the weather warms up a little.

I am also, slowly, working on building a box to hold the model.

You can see both the primer and the wood that the box will be made of in this photo.

I need warm weather - so I can start the painting - and my Jeti radio to arrive - so I can complete the installation.

Outdoor flying season finally arrived in Ottawa this weekend. It has been a long wait, but today was gorgeous.

So nice, in fact, that I was able to get some paint on the fuselage of the ASW-22 this afternoon - in my back yard.

I am getting closer to being finished, but I still need a radio!!!
