I'm not looking forward to the sidewalls, vertical surfaces are not much fun. I think a roller is in my future.

Jack it up on the side as far as you dare.....put some supports under the other side.....then have at it!
Vintage wood is the BEST! But....every now and then a plastic missile can be quite enjoyable!

I agree with getting a roller, and roll it onto its side as Tom mentions.

It looks real good. See ya in IL

It's not complicated, bigger is better.

    The Sidewall

Thanks for the hot tips, the 3M 77 worked great for initial placement. Masked off all the stuff I didn't want to coat with epoxy and went to town.

Ended up using the plastic card technique as I was working in 50ml batches and a roller would have "kicked" multiple times.
All in All, it wasn't too bad.

Carbon? Na.....there is no chance in hell this thing will ever tip stall so carbon is not needed! I the need is felt to add foam wedges...by all means go right ahead...but carbon? Nope.

You might be on to something there... That'd be very cool. A big old bacon cheeseburger trailer...
