When signing up here on the forum, you need to also sign up on the Website, it is a different software package, sorry for the redundancy, we are working on a patch.

BUT. when you register on the WEBSITE, check the MEMBER MAP the next day to make sure you show up. We must update the pin coordinates each day, so it may not appear at first. If it does not appear within a day, please contact me and let me know. Supply the user name you signed up with and your real name and location.

If you are already signed up, check the member map too. Make sure you are on the map. If not, let me know.

I can't open up a bubble over a pin. No mouse with the iPad

point and click, tap, squeeze,stomp, whatever Mr Jobs says to do.
I know Tom Pack was using an Ipad, I'll ask him if he was able to use the map.

Nope. In fact when I try to use it and click on a pin it just freezes the map and leaves it as a blank frame...... Apple at it's finest!

In fact it just crashed Safari and I had to reset all of my settings on the iPad.

Yikes, I didn't have that happen. I can move,pan enlarge the map and I can see a pin on my home town but I can't get a bubble of info.

Len I just signed up today; I will post our clubs towing events for this year. we fly on a really hard pack sand field with open desert all around, so the thermals are good. Do I need to put my name in the contacts maps area or do you have to do that. cant wait for the tow season.

Mike and all others, PLEASE post your location on your profile page,, Its much better to know where members are from when talking about events and other subjects.

As for the event location, yes, please post your contact information.. If someone needs to reach you they can. Also, the online registration we have in place will help drive people to your event.
