Hi Selleri and thanks! Fifth time is charmed... the venturi is done! Gawd, this was tough. Just a few pics available to try and get dimensions. The first attempt was forming aluminum tubing to shape. It was okay but not enough taper. Second effort was to file an appropriate ink pen end but... just not correct. Third effort was to turn a piece of wood. Presentable but how to hollow it without it splitting (it split!). Fourth effort was the clay impression taken from wood part (before trying to hollow it out) to make resin parts. Again, hollowing it out was problematic. Fifth effort was turn a taper from wood and bend litho plate around it for the 'bell'. Then put a ply disc inside a segment of tubing and drill to receive static pipe(?) inside tubing segment, mount pipe and end bell of venturi. This was primer painted for some details and smoothing then sprayed gloss black.
