You don't have a duo to work on?
That's two years now. That's pretty long for a kit
I am sure that you say that just because you're jaleous to not have come flying with us. You won't be able to fly anything before fInishing this duo. Now leave that iPad and get back working ;-)
Btw maiden next year at least, so be patient.

Who...what...where...who...who....what...????
I am working on the Duo....slow and steady as she goes!!
It hasn't been 2 years...started August 25th of last year......
I am jealous... you guys got to play and I worked 147 hours over the past two weeks.....![]()
Vintage wood is the BEST! But....every now and then a plastic missile can be quite enjoyable!
Waaaa waaaaa waaaaaaaa, If I remember right, and I'm SURE I do, I received a picture of Mr Tom Pack flying a glider over the sandy shores of warm and sunny North Carolina Outer Banks not that long ago. Hmmmm.. Gonna play, gotta pay.
We missed you there Tom!! Make sure you're there next year.
LEN
It's not complicated, bigger is better.
Ya ya ya....... I know. It just wasn't ment to be this year but next is already on the calendar and I will be at SKSS Woodie and Elmira....![]()

Ok it took time but the shaping portion of that fuselage doesn't seems as easy as we thought!
Lot of filling sanding, comparing to the master drawing and to the pictures of full scale one, and trust me there is always one to contradict the other!
But here we come with beautiful pictures from Guy, just before laying up the plug. Still a long journey to go before doing the mold.
To my taste that look just fantastic, the dream come true!
Huge, isn't it
Look also that we will be able to use the plug to manufacture a torpedo!

Looking good!

Probably the most fantastic thing i have ever seen
Keep up all the good work and pass my thoughts on to the rest of the team.

Last stage has been to lay up the fuse with 300g/sqm crowfoot fiberglass in order to have a solid surface to get a good surface finish.
So, many sanding session done by Guy and Jean Louis.
And here is how it look like after giving a paint coat to see last imperections
Next step is freeing up the canopy...
