Ok....took the clamps off and everything stuck together! Yaaa...

I then cut the rest of the 1/8" ply internal shear webs....

    Some epoxy...some clamps.....some weights....

Here's a old picture of all the wing parts laid out....

This is the original drawing where I laid out all the wing parts....each rectangle is 12" x 24"

The wing parts where cut for me by Alex up in Wisconsin... http://www.ak-models.com/
Vintage wood is the BEST! But....every now and then a plastic missile can be quite enjoyable!

Thanks Petr......there are a few hours in that wing drawing!
In hind sight....it would have been faster and cheaper to make the ribs less complicated......laser cutting costs are figured on how many inches of "line" there is to cut....the more complex the part...the higher the cost. I seem to recall I paid around $350 for the parts.....that was 5 years ago.

$350 isn't bad considering what you have there. The time it would take to cut by hand......

Bingo! I have in the scrap box about a dozen of the ribs that I started to cut out by hand.....that dozen took forever and didn't even put a dent in the pile of ribs I needed!

Took the clamps off and all looks swell!

Also cleaned off the middle work bench so I can get the Duo wings underway....

Test fitted the back half of the wing to the spar.....
